We aim to deliver high-quality Digital Products and ensure smooth access to courses, files, tools, and educational resources.
Because IDE WINDOW provides non-tangible, instantly accessible Digital Goods, our refund policy is designed to protect both users and digital creators.
1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All products sold on IDE WINDOW are digital in nature, such as:
Online Courses (recorded & live)
Webinars & training programs
Templates, themes, graphics, presets
E-books & PDFs
Software tools & plugins
Fonts, icons & creative assets
Marketing tools & digital files
Landing pages & website resources
Once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, Digital Goods cannot be returned, so we do NOT offer refunds in normal circumstances.
This is standard in the digital industry because:
Digital files cannot be “returned”
Users gain instant access after purchase
Products can be saved or copied immediately
Therefore, all sales are final.
2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds will be considered ONLY in the following rare situations:
2.1 Duplicate Payment or Accidental Double Purchase
If you are charged twice for the same product due to a technical error, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
2.2 Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a different file/product than what you ordered, and you report it within 24 hours, we will replace it or issue a refund.
2.3 Corrupted or Inaccessible File
If a file is damaged or cannot be accessed, AND:
You report the issue within 24 hours, AND
Our technical team verifies the issue, AND
We cannot provide a working replacement
Then a refund may be provided.
3. Refunds Are NOT Provided For
Changing your mind
Not wanting the product after purchase
Not reading the product description
Incompatibility with your device/software
Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
Download issues caused by your device, storage, or internet
Completed access to online course or content
Partial or full consumption of the Digital Product
Users claiming they did not understand the product after use
Digital Product not meeting expectations based on assumptions
To avoid misunderstanding, users are encouraged to read the description carefully before purchasing.
4. Online Courses & Webinars Refund Rules
Because online courses and webinars provide immediate access, the following applies:
No refund once course access is granted
No refund for recorded classes
No refund for live webinar registration after access is provided
No refund for “watched” or “downloaded” lessons
Refunds for online learning programs are allowed only in the exceptions mentioned above.
5. Download Issues
If you face trouble downloading a file:
Contact our support team
Provide order ID and screenshots
We will help you resolve it.
Download issues do not qualify for refund unless proven to be a system error from our side.
6. Time Limit for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, along with:
Order ID
Screenshot of the issue
Detailed explanation
Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
7. Processing Time
If approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
IDE WINDOW reserves the right to deny refunds for:
Misuse of content
Multiple refund attempts
Fraud attempts
Sharing or distributing digital products
Violations of our Terms & Conditions
Any fraudulent attempt may lead to account suspension or legal action.
